Única ponderação seria sobre o apartamento que possui uma porta interna que divide a apartamento do outro sem isolamenro acústico, o que torna a experiencia do quarto não tão boa, pois escuta barulho, falas e choro das criancas de um lado para outro. Demais avaliações teria a nota máxima, servico de limpeza e arrumação, atendentes dos bares, garçons dos restaurantes, pessoal do entretenimento, motoristas do transporte interno, todos com avaliacao maxima. Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back.

Gostamos muito do resort, infraestrutura excelente, pena que pegamos dias chuvosos, mas mesmo assim aproveitamos bastante, comida excelente. Ponto a melhorar: infraestrutura dos quartos precisam de uma reforma, estão antigos já não condizem com os dias atuais, chuveiro com a banheira juntos é um perigo, tivemos um contratempo no chuveiro por conta disso. No mais foi muito bom, funcionários a destacar pela educação, atenção e dedicação: Luan Ribeiro (da Bahia) restaurante vitória, Maicon do rancho pescador e Chaveirinho (Maranhão) pelo alto astral e pela força de vida, que ela consiga realizar todos os seus sonhos.

Nossas acomodações estavam bem precárias. Veneziana não fechava, box do banheiro com a porta solta e fora do trilho. Tivemos que tomar banho com a porta do box aberta. Frigobar não tinha todas as opções de bebidas e não faziam reposição todos os dias.

Todos os funcionários forma extremamente atenciosos e educados. A comida estava muito boa. A limpeza do quarto estava excelente mas a limpeza da piscina estava horrível. Além da água suja, o entorno estava muito sujo. Falo da piscina coberta, psique quando fomos estava frio e chovendo e não usamos as piscinas externas. Como é permitido comer e beber na piscina, fica muito sujo.

🌟 Avaliação da nossa 13ª visita – Julho/2025 🌟 Nossa 13ª visita ao Costão do Santinho, realizada na penúltima semana de julho de 2025, foi simplesmente inesquecível! Desta vez, estivemos em um grupo ainda maior, com 16 pessoas, e cada detalhe só reforçou o motivo pelo qual continuamos voltando: alegria, acolhimento e excelência no atendimento. Foi uma verdadeira celebração em família! 💖 ✨ Restaurante Nossa Senhora da Vitória Impossível não destacar o atendimento impecável. A dedicação da maître Fabiana e das sempre atenciosas Lorena, Emile e Ingrid transformou nossas refeições em experiências únicas. Atendimento digno dos melhores resorts internacionais — e, em muitos pontos, até superior. No dia 23 de julho, vivenciamos um momento gastronômico memorável: foi servido como primeiro prato um dos mais sofisticados que já degustamos em resorts, o “5 mares com musseline de couve-flor e molho cítrico”. Um verdadeiro espetáculo de sabor e apresentação! 👏 Nosso reconhecimento e gratidão a toda a equipe! 🍝 Restaurante Trattoria Mais uma experiência deliciosa, marcada pelo cuidado do maître Lucas e de toda a equipe. Nossa sugestão é que o Trattoria di Mari permaneça em seu espaço tradicional (piso superior ao Nossa Senhora das Ondas), preservando todo o charme e encanto que o tornam especial. 🥩 Restaurante Nossa Senhora das Ondas Ficamos muito felizes em perceber a melhoria em relação à sugestão enviada em abril deste ano. Nos frustramos com a falta de serviço de bebidas em mais locais do resort, sendo de amplo espaço fisico deveria ter mais locais de distribuição. Inclusive nas vilas poderia ser disponível mais opções de bebeidas. A parte da recreação estava muito fraca sem opções atrativas gerais para crianças de 9 anos ou com poucas vagas as atrações mais atrativas como acampamento.

We stayed in the villas, not the international hotel. The room was terrible. The beds were so old that I sunk into middle. There was only one table and one chair in the room (and definitely room for more). No art / decorations to speak of. Mold in the bathroom and ants in the bed. Friends had used soap in the showers, a blanket filled with holes and dirt or no blanket at all. We partially booked this property because of the English speaking, but other than at reception, staff rarely spoke English, which made reserving restaurants, spa treatments near impossible. The facilities were also so loud. It was loud in hotel room where we could hear every word from the adjoining room and people talking in the hallways. It was loud in the dining areas, so much so that it was hard to hold a conversation. Walking by the pool areas was loud enough to induce a headache due to the number of people. That being said, the beach was beautiful and some of the outdoor areas were lovely.

Un resort que tiene mucho para ofrecer

Hermoso resort con un entorno soñado. Gran playa de arena blanca, olas, espacio para jugar al voley, al tenis de playa etc. Las trilhas para hacer trekking fabulosas. Las eco trilhas en el complejo. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien también. El único punto flojo a destacar es que no hay un espacio interior cómodo donde ofrezcan actividades si se tiene la mala suerte de tener varios dias de lluvia.. como efectivamente ocurrió. Apenas pequeños asientos junto al pasillo... Una pena... en cuanto al personal del hotel todo impecable. Destaco el gran trabajo de los profes que están con los adolescentes. Los mantienen ocupados y divertidos. La señora Vera en el spa con su magnifica atención y Daiana en el aula de pilates. En el restaurant japonés se come muy bien. Comida y bebida no decepciono. Los mozos preocupados por atender bien al visitante. Riquisimos los panes de Edinho. Y los shows del teatro fueron excelentes. De los mejores que he visto en un resort no solo por los bailarines (que eran fantásticos) sino también por los vestuarios, las coreos, la decoración del lugar donde nos recibían con un cockail después del show etc. Recomiendo especialmente "Rock legends". Finalmente mi hijo uso el campo de futbol y me comento que estaba muy bien mantenido con el césped muy cuidado...
