Don Zepe Hotel is simple but very practical hotel to stay in Florianopolis. It is located at the heart of Lagos da Conceicao and it is close to the main bars and restaurants in this area. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. So, I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay in Florianopolis.

Excellent, basic hotel

Excellent location, easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Neighborhood seems to be safe, and I never worried about walking around in Florianopolis. I liked the view from my top floor room and the view from the dining area is beautiful also.

Good location for going out. Rooms a bit clinical and cold in design. Didn't like the frosted glass bathroom enclosure. Cant flush toilet paper, it has to go in a bin. Breakfast minimal selection but well presented and not bad.

Bom custo benefício

Ótima localização, com restaurantes e Lagoa próximos. Internet oscila entre boa e lenta. Café bom, consistente. Estacionamento rotativo na frente com poucas vagas (acho que 6) mas conseguimos estacionar - se estiverem lotadas para na rua. Equipe simpática e prestativa.
