While the hotel benefits from a convenient location, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, and the level of cleanliness left much to be desired. Additionally, the property appears quite dated and would benefit from renovations to improve guest comfort.

The hotel is lowkey a catfish. For example I was researching hotels and like some where too expensive some where to out of hand. This hotel was perfect. Perfect price, luxirous inages and everything just seemend perfect, but not for long… We came info the room, it had 1 tiny window(un like the big luxiry windows show) the floor had hair on it, and the show stopper, a clogged toilet with skid marks on it; yes you heard that right, poop from the past owner mixed with A BUNCH of toilet paper, the toilet was clogged and we couldjt use it. How great am i right? The front receiptionaist was so nice, some people we’re also nice. The beach was… cute, and they did have yummy breakfast, like the nutella cake was to DIE for. But dirty floor, some mean people, dirty and clogged toilet and the room it self being a total CATFISH, made this experience not the… best.

Quarto limpo, funcionarios prestativos, café da manhã excelentee um bom estacionamento interno. Tem alguns detalhes precisando de uma reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe. O unico inconveniente foi que reservei uma pousada pé na areia mas estava ocorrendo os jogos internos da UDESC bem em frente a pousada impossibilitando o uso da areia por conta das quadras e tendas montadas ali.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem pé na areia, o jardim e a piscina são lugares muito agradáveis. O café da manhã é sensacional, é simples, mas tudo muito gostoso e bem servido. O café da manhã tava ótimo, tem estacionamento no hotel e é bem seguro tem várias câmeras aos arredores, quarto foi limpo os dois dias, lençóis e condições tudo dentro do normal, a piscina foi limpa os dois dias da minha hospedagem eu mesmo vi sendo limpa, o portão que dar saída direto a praia é fechado a chave pela noite o que trás mais segurança, funcionários foram excelentes tanto na checkin quando ao checkout, ficarei feliz em voltar em breve.

Hotel com estrutura simples, televisões dos quartos não funcionaram e os funcionários não conseguiram resolver. Porém a localização é ótima e compensa o déficit das instalações. O hotel atende ao que é proposto considerando o custo benefício. Café da manhã é simples mas saborosíssimo.
