Beautiful property close enough to walk to many attractions but far enough away from the crowds. There are several great restaurants within a few blocks. Located in a nice, quiet area 2-3 blocks from the Arno.

The storage in the bathroom is non existent. The room looked larger online. The ac is behind the drapes so we had to stuff the drapes up on the top of ac. There is a neon led light at the window, the ac area with window and drapes was not a great design. The service was amazing and hotel very clean and beautiful. I felt a little judged by the morning breakfast staff, I showed up in my exercise clothes and was treated like someone trying to come in and get free breakfast.

Overall delightful stay with a couple minor misses

Overall a wonderfully quiet and relaxing oasis very close to central attractions. Lovely property that is an easy 10-20 minute walk to main train station and most of the main attractions in Florence. We did encounter a few minor challenges: A/C air flow is BEHIND the curtains, meaning you can cool the room OR you can close the curtains, just not both. We also had a few ants inside the bathroom and there were mosquitos in the courtyard area.

We just checked out this morning. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Excellent service from staff and top notch facilities. The junior suite was perfect for a family of three. The daily breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and special order options and the breakfast dining areas were both inside and outside. We would definitely repeat our stay and recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is ideal — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient. The entire property was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here.
