The staff and especially the day time receptionist were absolutely AMAZING! Room was nice, The hallway had a strange odor, but the room was fine and quiet. The little "perks" they offer were unexpected and welcomed!

The staff was very friendly and nice. Simona helped us to have a great memory of our trip. She is a very nice lady. The room was pretty clean and the hotel was in a perfect location near every thing. We definitely recommend this hotel to you and will come back to this hotel again.

We had an excellent experience staying at this place! The location is amazing, only 1-2 min walk from piazza Vecchia and museum uffizi. The lady at the check in desk is very friendly and helpful. She gave us maps and local advice on the must-sees, and when we checkout she informed us about the onging strike, which really save us a lot of effort. Hotel room is comfy and spacious.

Location of the property was awesome. You are right next to the statue of David plaza and the bridge that has all the jewelry stores. Hence, you are in a heart of the city. Views from the 5th floor were nice. Staff was very friendly.

The ONLY thing going about this place is its location. I can not believe the rating this property has. When you walk in it looks like its a dorm room from the 80's. Don't expect much. And to be honest I never leave reviews but wanted to be helpful for the next person who get's fooled by the rating this place has.
