The room was a bit tight BUT for the location & price we considered it a palace! The bathroom was large by comparison and modern. The room and common areas were very well maintained and very clean. The front desk was beyond lovely and very accommodating. The view from the rooftop was stunning!!

This is the most gorgeous property with beautiful rooms and one of a kind terrace with the view of Duomo Florence. It’s situated at the absolute best location! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. She was very clear with instructions to check-in and helped us settle in easily. They also had a breakfast spread and the staff went above and beyond to even pack us breakfast to-go on the day our check out since we had to leave early in the day! Overall, a very smooth, friendly and gorgeous stay. I highly recommend this place.
