Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. It’s in a perfect spot, close to everything in Florence, but still quiet and cozy. The room was clean, check-in was very easy, and the staff were nice and welcoming. I’d for sure recommend this place and would stay again.

Great!!!

Spacious room with excellent sheets and towels. While it doesn't have a TV, we really didn't need it. Very good Wi-Fi. The reception has a space with coffee, cookies, biscuits, and an electric kettle, available for free use 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly. See you soon!

Zanobi 45 - it’s a hidden gem (!) The location is absolutely perfect and so close to all main attractions that Florence has to offer. It’s clean and quiet and staff at the reception (especially Elena) is very nice , helpful and much accommodating. We had a wonderful stay there and would definitely recommend this hotel. Highly recommend staying here! Perfect location, train station and city centre within walking distance. Was in a quiet location. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was spacious enough and clean. good stay, powerful ac, kept very clean by excellent housekeepers, close to the chaos of florence but just removed enough for it to get a little quieter, close to the train station, and easy to catch a bus to fiesole as well. ayasofya doner nearby was probably the best meal i had in florence. recommend

All the other 10/10 reviews are correct. A small and unassuming hotel, with stairs to climb, but with the most friendly, polite, and helpful of staff, clean and modern rooms, and perfectly placed to see the sights.

Very important: there is a long steep staircase to the reception and another long steep starcase to a room. You will need to haul your bag up two long flights. No elevator. Not a problem if it is a normal flight of stairs, but this is long and steep. Once we reached the reception, we were met with condescension not welcome. You don't have Whats App? We only send things through whats app. Once I installed, and I asked him to send the information, he said "I already sent it to you twice." There was no "welcome to Florence" or have a drink of water, it is 40 degrees Celsius outside." No hospitality. No kindness. It was the opposite of everything I have previously experienced in Florence. The next day, the person at the desk barely looked up from her phone to say hello. There were no other guests for the man or the woman to help--they were not busy. We just weren't worthy of acknowledgement. The hotel was clean and they had cold water at the reception. One long flight down from rooms. If you want civility or acknowledgement that you are a guest, look elsewhere.

Many good things about this hotel - friendly staff. The receptionist lady even took my bag upstairs, considering my age. - they have cookies, fruits, water, coffee, and tea available all the time. - very nice location
