The hotel was nice and cute. Our room was a nice size for three people. I liked how the bedroom had two closet spaces and a table. It’s nice how they offer refreshments and snacks. The staff at Hotel Zanobi 45 were outstanding in their service and friendliness! They accommodated us with a fan when our AC was not working, which worked out fine since the weather was cooler in October. The fact that there is no elevator was overcome by the convenient location to shops and dining and walking distance to the magnificent heart of Florence. We would definitely stay there again!
