Good location, walkable to train station and to the sights we wanted to see. Staff treated us well. We felt safe walking around the area. My bed was a bit sunken. I was also caught off guard that you have to leave your room key with the front desk when you leave, but honestly it's fine since someone is always there and you don't have to worry about losing the key when you're out.

The hotel is very conveniently located to many of the most sought attractions. It is easily walkable to the train station. The room was clean and quiet, however very cramped. A very good breakfast available and while it was not included in my reservation, it was worth the price, both for what was served and the convenience and the relaxed start to the day. Some staff were very helpful and friendly, some were not. There is an elevator. There is a very good restaurant just next door. Also, very close to all levels of shopping, luxury to inexpensive souvenirs.

Had a nice stay. I was in Florence for The Weeknd. Very charming hotel and close to everything. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The only downfall are their beds. Hard as a rock. Staff was very courteous and spoke English which was a huge plus!

Great location
A really lovely, well appointed hotel. The room was a good size with lots of storage and free WiFi. Just a 10 min walk from the train station and around 12 minutes from the central squares and cathedral. As with many Italian hotels the shower was a little small, but the rest of the bathroom spacious and spotless. Breakfast was buffet style with good choice. All staff were lovely and helpful.

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was small, but comfortable. I would definitely recomend the hotel.The only suggestion I might have is room darkening curtains/shades. Our room was very bright at night even with the curtains closed, because there were quite a few outside lights shining in.
