This hotel was absolutely lovely. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed: they made us a dinner reservation, it was raining so they provided an umbrella. The location is very convenient- right by the train station, but the area feels nice and you can eqsily get to all the major attractions. Would definitely stay again

This is a quiet and comfortable very conveniently located near Santa Maria Novella station. I stayed in Florence for around a week and found it a great place to base myself to get to the main sights and take a few day trips. Spent a lovely week at Adler Cavalieri. Location is awesome, around the corner from the train station. Staff is super kind and helpful. We had a very nice sized room. Love the little snack area during the day. Only suggestion would be to improve breakfast selection and not charge for things like omelettes or cappuccinos. Would definitely return

A very nice traditional hotel in a good location close to all the main city centre attractions and 5minutes walk from the railway station. Our room was a good size, very clean and well appointed. The only thing we could have done with was an iron and ironing board. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good with a fair selection of different foods both hot and cold. The courtyard was a pleasant place to relax with the added bonus of free coffee and cakes in the afternoons. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Adler Cavalieri and would certainly stay again if visiting Florence.
