Family place close to everything

Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient.

A lift would have been great. We stayed 7 nights therefore would have liked change of towels at least. Induction stove but many saucepans were not compatible

We stayed here in early August 2024, a family with four kids. Value for money is super poor, the property is over-priced for 3 times vs similar properties in the area. We asked for a bit late checkout and were refused. The communication was also poor, got reply on my whatsapp messages only next day. No elevator in the building. Does it worth a stay for a family with the kids

Nice Apartment

This is a nice apartment in a good location. The kitchen could be better equipped and the main apartment door and the main entrance were a problem to open.
