Very nice receptions staff, simple and quick check in process, room are very clean, modern and large by European standards. Staff offered to keep our luggage for the two nights we went to Cinque Terre. Will stay there again.

Great location

The Alba is located a short 3 minute walk from SMN station. Close to cafes, shops and supermarkets and only 10 minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The rooms are as shown in the photos with comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The shower was compact though. There was nowhere to store your luggage or any shelving in the bathroom but ok for a short stay. Happy to recommend.

Perfect location for a Florence stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Easily walkable from the train station. We were able to walk to all of the top attractions while in Florence - great staff with lots of suggestions of what to see and where to eat! Highly recommend!

Hotel is 5 min from train station & great dining options. 15 walk to duomo. Nice large clean room. We arrived at room rather the check-in site. When we called, Viola came to meet us & check us in. She was very responsive to our questions.

駅から少し歩いたところにありますが、ホテルの入り口に大きい看板があるので見逃すことはないでしょう。朝ごはんは部屋まで持ってきてくれるし、簡単ではあるが美味しかった。連泊する場合は自分から受付に朝ごはんの時間を言わないといけないかもしれません。壁が少し薄いので、夜寝る時は少し横の部屋の音が気になりました。それ以外はとてもよかった。

Not bad but not good

They have a great photographer, the photos show a much better place than it really is. I’m not saying is not the same place but it is for far not the feeling when you get there. Is convenient but it someone would have shared this comment I’d definitely look for another place to stay.

Clean and great water pressure

It was a great stay in Florence. We enjoyed our room. The size of the beds were really nice and very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had great water pressure. We arrived quite late and given instructions of how to get into the building, even though the desk help had already gone home. Everything worked perfectly and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our best hotel experience on our trip, I originally booked here since it was a block away from the train station which we were taking in and out of Florence, but the room was very clean and comfortable and it was located really well so easy to walk to everything. The staff were super awesome and went out of their way to help us. We were also able to leave out luggage there when we checked out to see the sites before actually leaving on the train. Had an absolutely amazing experience here and would super recommend it to anyone. Check out was super easy since it's just a code and the location means you can easily walk to transportation/ dining/shopping/ and historical sites like to see Michelangelo's David really easily. Check out the Mercato Centrale Firenze food market that's only a few blocks away it has two levels of really amazing food/restaurants and produce markets!

Stayed for one night as we were traveling to be near FLR for early flight. Property management communicated with me leading up to our stay and provided very clear instructions for check-in. Very close to train station and easy to get to tram station to airport. Room was basic but effective.

Great location

Really nice room, very central. 1 min walk from train station. Easy walk to everything but still nice and quiet at night. I slept well. Check in at the sister hotel was fine and staff were lovely there. Room was comfy.
