There are lots of simple things in the room that need fixing. Wifi does not load even a simple page. The pool was closed even though it was advertised as open. The air conditioning is central and does not work.

The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Great location for Gibraltar border, friendly staff with quick check in. There are noise issues but least of my problems these days.
