Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, in einem normalen Mietshaus mit 6 anderen Parteien. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Am Balkon steht zurzeit ein Baugerüst, die Sicht ist dadurch etwas eingeschränkt. Auf dem Balkon steht nur ein in die Jahre gekommener Strandkorb zur Verfügung.
