Standard and service at hotel has been decreasing over 5 years: small towels, bathrobe no longer included in the pool suites, facilities in the SPA area needs a make-over, breakfast buffet a bit discount level and pricing at restaurant is to high. Asking for 30 minutes delay for check- out, possible but additional cost of 20€ …

Staff was great, our room was super. Must have been newly renovated, apart from the carpet - it was beautiful. Amazing with the wellness spa, even though the water could have been warmer. Only bad thing was the room was very cold. Even with the radiator at 5/max, it didn’t warm up the room. We went to reception and said they would try, but couldn’t promise to make the room warmer. It didn’t become warmer, but I got an extra duvet.
