Not bad for an older hotel. I didn’t have any issues. You can tell the owner cares for his customers. We came back one night and he had put cones out, so the restaurant customers couldn’t park in our spots. I would definitely book again.

Good every time!
We love staying here because they are willing to accommodate our giant dog! When we can, we get the upstairs King room so the dog has the freedom of the balcony. This time they were booked up and we had a double room, but we still had a good, affordable stay!

The mansion has to be respected . Modern amenities have been added with a mindful care as to preserve the historical features of the building. The room was decorated and equipped as expected. There was a need for a good floor sweep. The double doors facing the ocean do not close tightly and I believe dust and some dirt does get past and into the room. Fixing these doors will help a lot. The manager was busy but helpful when needed. The only surprise was that the telephone was not working , so no dial tone and connection to the front desk. I think If you are running any hotel accomodation, the bare minimum room equipment should be the telephone. Overall , the hotel has been cared for and freshly painted. If you like antiques and history, the entire building shows and displays many historical artifacts . It should be noted that the mansion built around 1925 by - Dana F. Fuquay, the 13th architect to be licensed in Florida,
