Nestled in the heart of Flagler Beach, our brand new 2-bedroom + Den, 2-bathroom oceanfront apartments are the perfect blend of coastal luxury and modern elegance. Built in 2023, each stylish unit features breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor, accommodating up to five guests, or ten when both units are booked together. Experience the ultimate beach getaway with convenient access to the sandy shores, eclectic restaurants, and vibrant local bars, allowing you to unwind or seek out adventure just steps from your door.

Upon ascending to the second floor, you are welcomed by a spacious balcony that beckons you to soak in the stunning ocean vistas. The contemporary kitchen, adorned with high-end granite countertops, allows you to prepare meals while remaining captivated by the panoramic seascape. Take a moment to relax in the cozy family room, complete with a flat-screen Smart TV, making it perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The primary bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom that boasts a large walk-in shower for your convenience. The second guest bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed in unit A and a queen-size bed in unit B. This bedroom shares a stylish second bathroom with the den, which can serve as a sleeping space for 1-2 additional guests, or be transformed into a luxurious home office.

Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
