Everything was great. We were early and although our room wasn't ready, they worked to have things ready ahead of normal check in. Great pool and pool area with two large hot tubs and small game area. Great area to play or just hang out. Staff was great all the way around from our early check in to our early check out.

Very clean. This condo met our early-summer needs perfectly: secluded (not in the high-rise resort area), next to a mountain, back yard with pine trees and a creek running just beyond it, covered balcony to enjoy all that nature. It is a 3-level unit with extra little levels thrown in on the main floor to descend to the living room, etc. Lots of stairs.It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, enough that each bedroom has its "own" bath. The "primary" bedroom upstairs sits at the front, near the parking area, so receives a lot of light (and potentially noise) all night because the parking lot is well-lit and the curtains are not light-blocking. Plan accordingly: ear plugs, eye mask. It has a queen bed and an attached double-sink vanity area with a doored-off toilet/shower room. You must pass through this vanity area to access the loft bedroom.The "loft" bedroom has an amazing night sky view looking out the clerestory windows from the loft bed. Leave a window open to add the sound of the creek. Its "own" bathroom becomes the one on the main floor--not super convenient but doable. (The loft bed mattress is actually an XL twin, although the space it sits in creates the optical illusion of making it look shorter. It's not.)The "second" bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The queen mattress is uncomfortably firm for me. It's "own" bathroom is four steps down the hall past the (5-ish person) sauna.Kitchen is well-stocked but needs more teflon-free pans.
