The building was nice but that's it

We had booked 9 days and Expedia confirmed that our reservation was booked, Arrived at hotel and was told we didn't have a booking and they were fully booked!! They photo copied our passports and sent us to a rundown b&b , then back to hotel for 1 night and back to b&b for 2 nights, then rest 6 days back at hotel.!

Great Riad

This riad is very good, firstly the staff escpically Ali are very helpfull and speak good english. Secondly the cleanliness and the road is very high standards we had room service very single day of our stay. Thirdly the Riad is in a very quite area hence you can have a good sleep. Overall great would go there again

Awesome riad by awesome people

I stayed here for two nights. Usually I'm too lazy to write a review about anything. But this time I have to, because I want to say how great they were. I went to Fes after breathtaking but tiring desert tour. And on my way to Fez, I lost my battery charger for my camera. I was frustrated so as soon as I got there, I asked them if it's possible to buy a battery charger. Ali, who works there, promised me he would figure it out. After check-in, we went out to the nearest electronic shop, but there was none. But he didn't give up and went downtown to get it while letting me take a shower and rest. Later he knocked my room holding a new battery charger. Unbelievably, he did get it and save my journey! I backpacked a lot but he was the nicest person from where I stayed. Of course, rooms are clean and breakfasts are well-served. It was lucky that I chose to stay there, thank you.

Très bien reçu par le personnel à notre arrivée, nettement moins par le service de nuit qui était hautain et a tenté de nous facturer en EUR avec un taux de change désavantageux. Ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais le riad semblait très agréable.

Estancia deliciosa!

Estupendo alojamiento. Amabilidad del dueño excelente. Habla castellano.No tiene ascensor y las habitaciones terraza grandes pero si se tienen mal rodillas muchas escaleras, pero son las más baratas y mucho ruido de las máquinas exteriores del aire acondicionado. Las vistas terraza maravillosas. Desayuno y cena pero te dan en cualquier momento lo que necesites. Tienen habitaciones más caras en distintos pisos y categoría mejor hablar directamente q a través de páginas q no te explican cómo va la estancia. Zona rodeada de riads y vas andando a la medina. Te recogen y llevan aeropuerto a muy buen precio. Muy recomendable

Es un riad muy bonito, en cuanto entras al primer salón te das cuenta de su belleza. El personal es muy amable y atento y siempre está presente para cualquier cosa que necesites. La habitación estaba muy bien, la única pega es que salía un olor a desagüe del baño y teníamos que cerrar la puerta para que el olor no fuese a la habitación pero en general fue una bonita experiencia que recomiendo a todas las personas que estén interesados en ir a Fez.

Personal de recepción y servicio muy agradables,nos ofrecieron un té de bienvenida, el desayuno abundante en dulces, pero no frutas,y el restaurante muy buena relación calidad-precio. Inconveniente las escaleras, no hay ascensor y estabamos en el 4º piso.

Нас обманули! We were deceived!

In this hotel, we booked two nights for 5 days prior to arrival.Upon arrival, we drink tea and made to fill in the guest card. After the manager invited us in the room, but somehow led across the street to another building. Entering the room, we saw a completely not what booked. As it turned out, it was a different hotel. Populating our reserved room, he refused, citing the fact that all the rooms are occupied.At the same time on the hotels.com were listed 4 free rooms at this hotel! In the evening when we wanted to still talk to the manager, we did not open the door to the hotel! В этом отеле мы забронировали две ночи за 5 дней до прибытия.По прибытии в отель нас напоили чаем и дали заполнить гостевые карточки. После менеджер пригласил нас в номер, но почему-то повел через улицу в другое здание. Зайдя в номер, мы увидели совершенно не то, что бронировали. Как выяснилось, это был другой отель. Заселять нас в забронированный номер он отказался, сославшись на то, что все номера заняты. В это самое время на сайте значились 4 свободных номера!вечером, когда мы захотели все же поговорить с менеджером, нам не открывали дверь в отель!
