The Riad was gorgeous and lavish. The staff who work there- Munir, Halima were amazing. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely great. The hammam was a new spa- not a true spa. While Halima was great with the scrubbing and it was fine and convenient to get the hammam in the Riad, I don’t know if it was a truly authentic. The presidential suite we stayed in was great but the two twin beds were tiny- so if booking for older kids, beware if that. The biggest issue was the manager- who was rude, unhelpful and was almost shouting at us. Turns out plenty of people including the staff know he’s terrible and it seems the owner doesn’t care to fix this issue.
I would have recommended this Riad whole heartedly but will not return here just due to him.
