A stunning and exclusive 110-square-meter apartment with a view of the Church of S. Maria delle Grazie, located next to the University (Chemistry and Biomedical Sciences Campus). It is also close to the hospital on Viale Giovecca.

Located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator (80 cm wide); there is also a ramp for people with disabilities from the entrance on Via Mortara, and only one low step from the entrance to the internal access door A

There are two parking spaces: a garage (NOT suitable for large cars or SUVs), and one outdoor parking space



It comfortably accommodates 6 people; there are no steps inside the apartment.

GETTING AROUND:

- From Ferrara Station, take bus no. 1, 6, 9, or 331 to the Giovecca Parco Pareschi stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in 40 minutes by car or taxi;

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL); covered parking is included. Additionally, the Garage Rampari San Rocco parking lot (for a fee), open 24 hours a day, is a 4-minute walk away.



USEFUL INFORMATION:

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

KEY PICKUP:

Key pickup is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at Via Montebello 46 B from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After 7:00 PM, SELF-CHECK-IN is available (via keybox).

Check-in at the office is available from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a fee of 30 euros.
