hotel fechado com cadeado.

Lamentável. chegamos ao hotel e encontramos tudo fechado. com cadeado no portão. simplesmente o hotel estava de férias ou com atividades encerradas. e ninguém da hoteis.com ou do hotel me avisou. tivemos imensos transtornos. estávamos com 2 crianças pequenas e 2 idosos. chegamos cansados evtivemos de dirigir por horas até achar outro hotel. Exigirei reembolso integral das diárias pagas, sem prejuízo de buscar indenização pelos danos morais sofridos.

Struttura ad alto potenziale turistico

Immerso in una natura incontaminata l'hotel gode di una bellissima vista e ha alle spalle una macchia boschiva percorribile e percorsa dai tipici calanchi di questo territorio. Ha un parcheggio spazioso, una piscina soleggiata per gli ospiti con bagnino, una graziosa sala ristorante.Alcuni spazi dell'esterno (la zona fumatori, l'angolo barbecue, lo spazio antistante la piscina) andrebbero valorizzati. Il personale del desk è cordiale e professionale. Il menù del ristorante offre solo due scelte, ma si possono mangiare sia carne che pesce fresco tutti i giorni (ho provato solo le cene: buona cucina in tutte le portate, quasi assenti le verdure crude). Bisogna sempre avvisare la reception se si vuole mangiare al ristorante, anche di volta in volta. Ricco di dolci e di frutta fresca e in scatola il buffet della colazione che a volte propone anche il salato. Si può richiedere latte vegetale per gli intolleranti, mentre non vengono offerti yogurt e cereali. Un po' alla buona il servizio e l'offerta del bar della hall (non c'è frigobar nelle stanze). La mia stanza con due lettini di ferro era piuttosto piccola, ma con bagno confortevole e pulita ogni giorno con cambio quotidiano di tutti gli asciugamani.

L'albergo è situato sulla Basentana, a dieci minuti da Ferrandina e a circa mezz'ora da Matera e Metaponto. Confortevole e pulito, con personale molto disponibile. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Esperienza positiva, personale cortese, hotel pulito posizione un po' scomoda distante dai centri urbani ma piacevole per rilassarsi da soli, con amici o in famiglia.
