We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's rare that my husband would comment on the comfortable bed, but he did, and not only that but the thread count of the sheets! It was an awesome re-purposing of a historic landmark! It's easy walking distance to food and entertainment. We enjoyed dinner at nearby Union Ave. Bar & Eatery, and the Outstate Brewing Company had awesome beer and live music. This place is a real gem!

I rented room 306 with a river view. What I got was room 204 with a street view. Since it’s a contactless place there was no one to remedy this in a timely fashion. Also there was an unpleasant odor throughout the building. It was however clean and the bed comfortable. We won’t stay there again.
