Dirty dirty dirty dirty if you don't mind that, then you're fine. Hallways are not illuminated to be safe, wallpaper pealing off, cobwebs behind the curtains in a suite. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Hallway light in suite has 20 watt bulbs in it. Unbelievable place sitting in a time warp from the 1970's.

There were about 30 or more hockey rooms booked the same night and had boys running up and down the halls and slamming doors yelling all night until 1130pm I called the front desk asking if someone could let them know my family and I were trying to sleep along with my 1 year old and they told me of course. Nothing changed. Paid $85 for breakfast and all there was was french toast sticks sausage bacon and scrambled eggs. Really gone down hill the last few years

Not worth the expensive price tag! I would’ve preferred to stay at one of the major chain hotels within Alexandria. It seemed like our room wasn’t occupied in some time, as result it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Found hair on the pillows, sinks and toilets were dirty. Our room was freezing the first night, it took most of the next day to heat up. There were very few dining options within the resort. The breakfast buffet in their main restaurant was very limited in offerings and nothing for those with alternate dietary needs. Only stayed there as it was a team trip, but probably wouldn’t do that again.

Checking was fine attendant was nice Asked about breakfast she said or was at 6;30 after looking at the schedule This morning there was no breakfast and that attendant didn’t know either, very disappointed as we didn’t allow time to go somewhere else to get breakfast before the hockey game Also soon getting settled tried to turn the tv on and it wouldn’t so we called the front desk and Kendal’s to power it on and hit the channel up or down button which we did and it still didn’t turn on, tried again this morning still no tv So we basically sat in the dark and quiet for the night not very happy

Overall, the accommodations were pretty standard and somewhat dated. Hallways were showing many wall scrapes which made an impression. My in-room iron was broken and the replacement was not much better. I would stay here again hoping that once the new resort season starts, they will have a better maintenance schedule.

Family stay

They tried to charge me a much cheaper rate than I paid for the room. No towels in morning when we got to water park. Was an hour before we could get towels. Also had a margarita in the water park the night before and it was basically water and tequila

WE WERE THERE FOR A WEDDING AND REQUESTED A EARLY CHECK IN OF 1PM. WE ARRIVED AND THEY SAID OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY YET. THEN THEY SAID FOR 25 DOLLARS WE COULD CHECK IN EARLY. WE PAID THE FEE. MIND YOU THERE WERE ABOUT 10 PEOPLE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS EMPTY. WE THEN WENT TO HAVE LUNCH AND THE RESTAURANT CLOSED AT 1PM FOR LUNCH. HOTEL NEEDS ALOT OF UPDATING. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.
