It was comfortable for a one night stay. It took a bit to get hot water in the shower but once it got hot it was a great shower!! The breakfast was nothing great and especially for a diabetic. We went to Perkins across the street!!

Assused of smoking in our room.
So things started off well, however after i checked out i was called and asked not to return because my room smelled of smoke... 1st off we are smokers our clothes smell like it always 2nd we spent the night beforehand out at a bonfire so yeah..... but they were rude and did not listen.

An Affordable, Clean and Convenient Place to Sleep
I think this place gets a bad rap in reviews due to previous owners. From what I've seen, the current owner has updated the rooms, paint, new mattresses, fixtures, etc., plus the owner is on-site and always gracious and helpful. At the end of the day, it isn't Disneyland; it's an affordable, clean and convenient place to sleep in Fergus Falls.
