Poor experience

Check in went smooth, but after that went downhill. TV didn’t work, bed sheets had hair/pet hair on them (not washed?), window screen ripped and broken (see picture), door held to frame with straws (see picture), staining on towels (not washed?, see picture), asked for a new washcloth and was told “we don’t have any”, moldy around bathroom sink and faucet (see picture), strong odor in room, AC/heating wall unit was falling apart. Overall dirty and not well maintained. Parking was limited. We did not try the breakfast. Check out went fine.

Not as we expected.

Parking lot was cramped. The staff was very polite and efficient. The room was clean but outdated. Picture of shower curtain that was so worn it barely stayed on rod. Could not get into side door without someone opening from inside and the bushes were overgrown covering the sidewalk. At $237.15 per Friday/Saturday night you would expect better. Breakfast during the week was 2 kinds of cereal and yogurt. Not even bread for toast. It was a joke. Room smelled very musty, think air conditioning needed filter changed as the smell never got better all week. Good thing we didn’t spend much time in room. Front staff was great but manager refused to return phone calls to me or the company that booked my rooms.

The staff refused to give me a bottle for room even though I told them my girlfriend had health problems and could not walk up the stairs very well all the breakfast was is a bunch of stale cupcakes nasty waffles and yogurt the staff was rude mean and hateful I will never stay there again and would not recommend anybody else staying there it was the worst experience of my life and would not wish it upon any other person

Everything in this hotel was quite old and but everything did work. Sheets were sleazy, but towels, pillows, etc. were nice. The hotel was nice and quiet.Owner is very congenial and has done a magnificent job Landscaping his property. The breakfast was shockingly subpar with nothing hot except instant oatmeal. One lonely apple was left, no orange juice. Sorry to say I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. staffs were friendly , helpful and respectful. We were told there would be unlimited breakfast but only cereal was available. Parking was easy .Location is near everything and highway . Only thing we didn’t like was all the men hanging around in the parking lot.

The room looked just like the photo on the website. However, the colorful bedspread was stained, and the chair was noticeably worn. The rest of the furniture was in decent condition. There were numerous signs listing do’s and don’ts, which gave an unwelcoming impression. The breakfast was as bleak as mentioned in other reviews, so that came as no surprise. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.
