Be Careful- the owner apparently was watching us on video (mentioning at the end of the visit that she didn't like that we put my son's CLEAN and EXPENSIVE race bike inside the doorway) and I'm very creeped out. This is after I politely send some photos to her as an FYI showing that many wall hangings were missing, leaving black tape marks on the wall, many lightbulbs were out and light fixtures had a weird mix of warm and cool lightbulbs in the same fixtures, the tub caulking had come undone and, and the microwave was replaced with a countertop version vs. actually fixing the microwave above the stove. The house was mostly clean, although blankets in the closet were dusty, as was under the bed, and I did find one toenail clipping in the bathroom. The plates and cups and silverware mostly matched. I did not ask for a discount, I was just trying to let her know for future guests what I found disappointing. I finally asked for a 2 hour late checkout because my son's activity in town was running late and he would need a shower before traveling- I was charged a full extra day, and then the maids showed up anyway because owner forget to call them.
