Loved our stay at Casa Na Travessa!

We loved our stay at casa na travessa! This home is beautiful, comfortable, spotless, decorated with such love and care ( exactly like in pictures!). It was perfect for our family of 4. Upon our arrival we were greeted with fresh fruit, water, refreshments and delicious deserts. Serge picked us up from the airport and gave us a ride back to the airport to catch a very early flight. Location is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, ferry rides and a convenience store. We will be back and will recommend this home to our friends and family!

Perfect 'Home Away From Home' in central Faro

Our 5 day stay at Alexandre's apartment exceeded expectations!!! He and his son-in-law Sergio met us upon arrival a the train station, transferred us to the apartment, ensured we were settled in, checked in to see if we had any questions or needs, and picked us up & transferred us to the bus station for our departure. Zero stress!!! The apartment is FULLY equipped with absolutely everything a visitor / guest might need .... including selection of toiletries in the bathrooms, plenty of dishes/glasses/pots/glasses/mugs/cutlery in the kitchen, coffee/tea/spices, etc... and generous space to hang clothes. Beds were super comfortable with high quality linen & towels. The apartment is located at the intersection of the 4 of the pedestrian walking streets in the heart of Faro town centre, with the amazing Yellow Bourbon Cafe just steps for the apt front door, and access to the Ria Formosa and local island ferries just a 15 minute walk to the harbour. Hands down our favourite accommodation in 40+ yrs of travel. We would return to Faro just to stay in Alexandre's wonderful apartment.
