We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is the most modern, cleanest with high end everything that we have stayed in so far. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.We stayed here to go bike riding for a couple of days and this is very close to the bike paths. The host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book here next time. Love, love this place.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The place is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was nice to cook in! The beds were very comfortable! Nice location. Wish we had used pickleball court, next time!

We cane to Farmington for a cheer competition and we definitely loved this place. This house/Barnstead was wonderful. Easy check in and out process. Joe and Mandi, the hosts, were very quick to answer questions when I had a few- because as a mom I had those planner stressful “before the trip” questions It was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to -great location for everything. The girls loved to see the horse and we made up some good stories about her name. Fun times for sure! Thanks again Joe and Mandi we may make this a yearly place to stay! The Winters

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and comfortable, and the pickleball court made it extra fun. The host was very kind and was quick to respond when we reached out to reserve the court. Overall a wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again!

Throughout the reservation and stay Joe was very easy to communicate with and prompt. His barnstead is one of a kind. I've stayed in many vrbo's, but have to say this one exceeded my expectations. It's like they thought of everything and then some. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Bedrooms had comfy beds. Bathroom is completely separated from the wash room area. Had two sinks. Even though we didn't play because we were a bit tired, there's a pickleball court. Can't forget their beautiful, friendly horse that was popular amongst the girls that stayed at the barnstead with me. I fell in love with his place and plan another stay in the future.
