The day before our arrival, we were informed to anticipate noise from the nearby train and onsite construction. Would have appreciated learning if that sooner as we would have chosen another place to stay. Can not currently recommend staying there under any circumstances.

The hotel is tucked away a few minutes from Paddington station on a quiet leafy street. The rooms are small but carefully designed and appointed, both aesthetically and functionally. The breakfast is elegantly put together, fresh, not extensive but just like the rooms a perfect set to start the day. I’ve stayed with them a half dozen times and each time the service has been consistently excellent.
