Over the course of more than a week, I experienced three different rooms to keep my stay interesting, and each one was spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. The staff at Okko Hotel were truly exceptional. Fahd, an Egyptian staff member, was particularly outstanding, always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. The reception team also provided stellar customer service, making every interaction pleasant and efficient. The hotel's location is another major plus. It’s just a few minutes' walk from the airport, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, it's close to the train station, offering easy access to different areas, making it an ideal choice for business travel. The 24-hour availability of coffee, a variety of teas, cold drinks, and snacks was a fantastic touch that added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. The rooms were quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest after a long day. I wholeheartedly recommend Okko Hotel for both personal and business travel. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for top-notch accommodations and outstanding service.
