Staff left for the day at 3:00 pm. Just be aware if you have check in plans later than that. Outside entry doors lock and only open with your room key. Affordable hotel near train station and old town Zurich makes it a perfect location. Rooms are very small and sparse (no tv) but only needed it to shower and sleep. Perfect for me. Good value with that considered.
