Only a short 10 min drive away from the airport, this centrally located home offers a unique experience as you are able to be within walking distance to downtown Fairbanks, but are also a short 20 min drive to Skiland or Moose Mountain for skiing or snowboarding as well as world class hiking trails.
This is a family friendly space and has a playground for the kids just across the street!
The loft is fully furnished. The kitchen is modern with a hand built coffee bar. The living room has multiple seating areas with a TV that will allow to login to all of your favorite streaming apps.
The living room also has a hand built bar as well as pull out couch that turns into the third bed.
The bathroom is recently renovated. Both bedrooms have closets to store or hang your travel belongings.
Guests will have access to the entire upper portion of the duplex. There are no shared spaces with the lower tenant.
