Property was very well maintained. Rooms were clean. With the cold weather being -40 degrees to 9 degrees while we were visiting Fairbanks in March, we love the 24 hr drink station for coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Rachel (front desk staff) was really helpful and accomodating.

The breakfast was very good the hot tub was not open or the pool . When we go there is was and then it closed. They said they had to clean it but it never opened the whole time we were there. The reason i rented the hotel was for the hot tub very disappointed

Nice, clean and fun stay! Very disappointed the Hot tub wasn’t working, if they would update and let us know we probably would have cancelled and went somewhere else! Hot tub and pool was main reason going there! Definitely should do discounts!
