Breakfast was delicious my girlfriend only had toast as she was so tired from lack of sleep. Room was ok a little small. bed was comfortable but a big dead fly stuck to the wall. Shower was also not very good. I did raise the noise issue and the first time staff delt with it immediately. When I complained the following morning about the noise throughout the night to another member of staff he was off hand and said nothing he can do about other guests. Will not be going back worse night’s sleep I have ever had and I have stayed in lots of hotels all over the county.

The twin bed was a single bed…. The garden view definitely wasn’t a garden! Lovely staff though but didn’t see any staff on exit to moment my comments. I would assume that my room was the worst at the Hotel….. or would hope It was.

Room was very outdated looks like it was decorated in the 70s bed was creaky and old. other than that we had a nice stay we had a nice view of the sea. And the breakfast was nice and the staff seemed friendly

Overlooking the bay and a short walk from the beach, this is a good setting for a seaside hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was ok, although the "garden view" was rather optimistic, as we were at the far side and our view was very restricted. The bed could use an upgrade, and the window rattled in the wind. The shower was not suitable for a large person, but otherwise acceptable. There is a small lift to all floors, including the very smart breakfast room in the basement.

The room was tiny, next to the lift. Hot water took ages to arrive . Staff were helpful and breakfast was excellent. Parking difficult. Sound proofing was poor. Could hear activities nearby.

Quite basic in terms of amenities but perfectly adequate for our needs: clean, en suite, fan in room and kettle with teas/coffees etc. Well located for the beach and Pavilion and just a few minutes' walk to the town.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would happily stay again.

Beautiful view of the coast, fantastic breakfast and excellent staff. Shower was hit and miss regarding hot and cold. Lovely location and Exmouth is a great place to visit.

Walked into main reception, greeted in a friendly manner given the room key and headed upstairs. As soon as I walked into the room I was greeted by a strong smell. I walked into the bathroom and the smell was coming from the shower trap. Went over to the bed and noticed mould on the window frames and damp/mould on the wallpaper by the wardrobe. I was not happy to stay in this room for the amount I paid for it. Went back down to reception when I mentioned what had happened I was apologised too but was told that there were no other rooms available. I asked for a refund, but was only given £81.18 despite paying £90.75, I have reported this to hotel.com and did ask at the reception about the remainder but seemed to be dismissed. When I asked for suggestions of other hotels in the area I was given only 1 name, as soon as I looked them up they were also fully booked, so I left feeling incredibly stressed trying to find a hotel for the night
