The lighting in the room was poor. The room was clean and warm. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was looking a little tired around the shower area

This was a return stay as I'd been impressed before and it was just as i remembered it. Lovely room with comfy bed and nice shower. Amenities included my own iron and ironing board, fan and a green bin for recycling. The staff in the restaurant were lovely, very quick service, the food was delicious. Plenty of car parking space including charging points for electric vehicles. There's a petrol station as soon as you come out of the hotel site as well. Straight off the motorway. If I'm staying near Exeter, this is the hotel I'll stay at everytime.

The bed was lovely and comfortable, the room smelt slightly as if someone had smoked in it and the security door into the block could do with some oil as it was very squeaky. The bar and restaurant were excellent, we had a delicious meal. The staff were lovely and very helpful and so I would definitely recommend staying here.

I was in room 45 which was lovely but was surrounded by noisy men. Kept going in & out of each others rooms, shouting through the corridor, in & out of the hallway slamming doors until 2am. Then up at 6am doing the same
