Sean was amazing he waited to check me and gave me chocolate chip cookies, bed was great enjoyed space. Wasn’t happy with been given adjourning room w/o been asked. Having kitchenette was wonderful. Hotel looked beautiful but didn’t get to use GM as I was there for work

They skipped cleaning my room for days, the internet on the tv only worked the first night of the entire time we were there. I asked many times for them to check my Internet and they said the entire building had no internet. I also asked them to change the bed and provide more towels and toilet paper. I ended up having to bring toilet paper from my office for our room. I went over to the front desk almost every night to find out why our room wasn’t cleaned and all they did was make excuses. One day i even reminded them twice and still nothing. Very disappointed

Really nice place that lives up to "hidden gem". The staff is outstanding. Breakfast is great (w/gluten free options). There's a well equipped fitness center you can't miss. The afternoon complimentary beverage and snack are a win, too.
