Not very good service

This hotel was in a good area but when arrived had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in and this was handed the key on the 4th floor and told the elevator was out should have been told before I would have gone somewhere else.

The sweet lady at the front desk Rachel was so nice,helped a lot.Hotels.com it's self was awful. Didn't have the funds on their end for my room. Rachel and I had to work for an hour to get in my room while I had little ones.

overall review I give it a 6

I have been traveling there over the last 5 years and I stay at Fairfield inn suites every year something be going on with the rooms it's always a towels getting new towels the next day it's always been a problem. no towels in the pool you might go in there in five or six towels this past weekend we found none we had to ask the front desk to bring us some. those refrigerators are old they're not cooling or keeping our food cool or drinks cool and the cleaning needs to be more of the part my bathroom had not been cleaned out the only thing that had been cleaned out was the trash but the face bowl counter shower none of that was cleaned out. other than that everything was great

More attention need to cleaning

Our stay was great!! Although the room was cleaned, the bed was not exactly made carefully instead it looked as if the sheets were thrown on then bed. There was a chair in the room but clearly not wiped down because it showed were a person had sat in it and left all types of oil stains. other than that it was a good stay for an impromptu trip.
