The man at the desk when I checked in not overly friendly. And my room was not ready. He gave me an adjoining room, so not as much privacy. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice. But the breakfast was very good.

s but they stopped serving breakfast too early. 9:30am is too ratly yo stop serving. Several people tried to comr at 9:40 to 10:00am. The hotel is awesome anf eorth 5 syars if thry would extend breakfast to 10:00am as most hotels do. Great beds and immaculate hotel!!!!

The staff was great. Particularly the girl that checked us in. Very helpful and friendly. But all of the front desk team were friendly.

Front desk was empty when i got there. A sign was left. It was about a 5 min wait. Not too bad. It was 9pm so probably only one staff person there. It was a nice, clean room with a good bed. The towels were kind of cheap. The other linens were nice. I didn't stay for breakfast but it smelled good and the dining area was attractive.

We had two rooms, one room the chair was broken ask to be replaced nothing was done so we had to take a chair from the breakfast area, so my mother had a chair to set in. the second room the carpet was coming up at the seem!! also called to get a plunger an hour later I had to go down and get it myself!! and then they ask me to return it that they didn't have another plunger! what staff we did see seemed not really wanting to be their kind of like just going through the motion!! we will not be staying at this loction again!!
