Very dated.. no toilet roll holder, bath/ shower turns into a footpath for a shower. No fridge or coffee or even a kettle. Lifts were quick, and right in the heart of Times Square. Certainly not worth the money they charge.. but it’s NY.. what can you do?

The property is charming and central for navigating Manhattan. The area is a little more corporate so there isn’t any of the charm you’ll find lower in Manhattan. The staff (except one woman) were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will stay again!

Wonderful stay.
The rooms were clean, smelled fresh, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I wish i could have stayed longer, but my trip only required one night. But I will stay there next trip around.

This is an older property that was fairly clean. However, the light didn't work in the bathroom over the sink, and one of the living area ceiling lights didn't work, making the room dark. Hotel Eastin Riverwalk: Pet-friendly motel with free WiFi and free parking.
Room was very clean. However, the toilet could use some maintenance done. The toilet is leakin on the side by the tub and when you sit down on the toilet, it 'falls' forward. Otherwise, everything was a pleasant experience.
