We stayed in a villa ( which was an upgrade given to us from a booked cabin). This accommodation was excellent. Plenty of room and big modern and secure verandah area overlooking the river. Quiet spot and immaculately cleaned. Had everything you need for a relaxed stay. Would totally recommend.

four day stay for some family commitments & some relaxation.we drove from Sydney so were late for check in. Called the reception during the day & they tested me all the after hours check in details. we had a one room cabin with a covered outdoor area. Very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Cooked dinner one night & stove top worked well. Convenient location - you can walk to the surf & to the restaurants. Have stayed before & would stay again

The unit pictured was NOT the unit we were allocated. These are newer an on the river. The one we got is very old and tired. We have stayed in this park before and know which units are what water pictured. Our unit was small, cramped and uncomfortable. Bed was uncomfortable and hard to get a good nights sleep. I had to crawl in to the very small double bunk to enable my husband to get comfortable in the bed. The bathroom was tiny, cramped and dated. Whilst the unit was clean and utensils etc adequate it was a disappointment that what we thought we were getting - as per your picture above was nowhere near what we got. Very misleading and disappointing

It was peaceful, very professionally run with friendly and very helpful staff. Our cabin was well maintained and clean. The natural surroundings are 'to die for' and the convenience of the town and all its services was walkable. We loved our time at Reflections and at Evans Head generally.

Very misleading advertising. Cabin was not at all as pictured. They should not be getting away with this. Staff's attitude was just to shrug. Otherwise the park appeared to be well run.
