Communication between admin and other staff non existent it would seem. No hot water in cabin ; cabin should have been unavailable until work was completed. Paid for a cabin and have to shower in amenities block. Staff were apologetic but not good enough sorry to say.

We stayed in a villa ( which was an upgrade given to us from a booked cabin). This accommodation was excellent. Plenty of room and big modern and secure verandah area overlooking the river. Quiet spot and immaculately cleaned. Had everything you need for a relaxed stay. Would totally recommend.
