Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My grandson and l enjoyed our break. We found the rental to be very clean,easy unpacking and packing up with internal door from garage. It is in a quiet location we slept well and didn’t hear any noise. The bed was super comfy. Good location not far from the Fisherman’s coop and just over the bridge into town. More family members were to come but my grandson did get to see his mother, who has been hospitalised for the last 3 months, for 4 hours and went to the river and had fish ‘n’ chips with her.I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone needing a break and a restful quiet time.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lounge upstairs felt like it had been there for years small and only two other not so comfortable chairs with it, for a holiday house that can sleep at least 5 people not somewhere you want to sit of an afternoon and hang out with the family. The big door down stairs didn't lock only the screen, shower door downstairs difficult to open. This was the third place booked as the first went up in a lot in price after deposit was made then second place had internal problems. A week into the stay every morning we would wake up to construction next door. After finding out there was an available house elsewhere in Evans head we were going to move but wasn't really worth the extra price. Although the real estate didn't make effort to see if the price could change and to be honest if i was the owner i would've preferred less rent than nothing at all as said house stayed empty.. Also BBQ had to be manually lit.
