Good breakfast. Pool was good temp but doesn't tell you half outside half inside no door so it can get a little chilly. Hot tub was hot but i developed a rash from the chemicals. Room was nice and clean. Employees were very friendly. Especially the breakfast attendees Area around not the best but felf very safe at hotel.

The property was wonderful. The garden area has a beauitful koi pond with lush landscaping. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfaat was delicious, well stocked and constantly resupplied. The staff was very helpful, courteous and kind. There are homeless all over Eureka, and here was no exception, but cameras and security kept them off the property. Main issue was with exiting the property. No light to make a left turn and traffic was challenging. I found most people would drive into the parking lot, toward McDonald's and use the light exiting their parking lot to head north. Easy work around We would definitely stay here in the future

Not worth the money

There were roaches everywhere and homeless people hanging out in the parking lot rummaging for food.

Staff was fine but not remarkable, there’s a bar next door that seemed to have an interesting crowd, the room looked clean but everything looked old and maybe in need of some updates (holes in the curtains as an example)

I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving late. We got to the hotel about 10PM. We checked in at the office, got our room keys, unloaded our car and went to the room. We opened the door and took our luggage in the room. The room #108 was awful!! It was on the bottom floor, way over in the corner of the hotel, dark and very musty smelling. It was a dog friendly room. The bathroom door was all scratched up and the bathroom fan sounded like there was a helicopter in the room. The lights over the sink area were very dim and the walls were dark colors. We are 3-80 year old ladies and just didn't have the energy to go back to the office and have to move our luggage again. The next morning we went back to the office and made sure that we got another room. It took and hour or so for them to find us another room. The room we moved to was very nice. It looked like the rooms we saw online and thought we were going to get originally. The lady in the office (Tasha?)was really nice and very helpful. She's not the one that gave us the awful room the night before. I feel that we should get a refund for the terrible room we had the first night.
