Hotel is on a perfect location with easy access and loads of food/drink options around. Pros: Breakfast, location, spacious room Cons: Bartender (old tall man) from the hotel bar was extremely rude and shouting at guests once he couldn't handle couple of drink orders. Really shocking behavior and apparently he is well known for it as we did feedback that on the check-out and got told by the reception that "he can sometimes be like that"

Once inside the property was pretty nice overall. Outside has the same issues many central location have with a large number of street people. I did not hear any street noise from my 4th floor room. The breakfast was excellent in the morning.

Bad and confusing Reservation system

My confirmation was not found at Check-In, even giving your staff my reservation. After going into other system they found it but price without Breakfast, but in your confirmation in the e-mail showed room+bfst included.Since it was cleared, the staff assured me that all will be OK with rgd to bfst. Upon checking-out, I was again asked to pay for Bfst. I protestd and agn showed your staff the e-mail confirmation.
