Obviously this hotel would be the best option if you booked the Starlight Express show as it's literally next door to the venue. The staff were polite, helpful, efficient, and spoke great English. Rooms were clean and functional and there is an option to book a buffet dinner for after the matinee or after the evening show. The hotel will costa bit extra than the ones further away, but it is more than worth it. Make sure you check in at least half an hour before the show as there may be queues from other guests during that time.

The location is great next to the Starlight Express Theatre which we were visiting. Unfortunately the bar was closed after we’d seen the show although we were able to use the fridge in the lobby. Breakfast was a buffet style and an excellent selection. The room was a good size although the decor was rather dated. Overall we had a good stay.

Nice WE trip & comfortable stay @ H+

In general - very good. TV didn't work, but wasn't required; staff seems a bit new, but they came along and turned out quite friendly in the end; interior is ok, but nothing special; overall quite new and good for a long weekend.

Stayed here after a evening game of football at the nearby Stadium. Everything in the hotel was perfect, really modern and well furnished. My only complaints would be I hoped to have a late wake up the following day however my rooms was on the first floor and the noise from the breakfast was so loud from 7am onwards. The other complaint would be the positioning of the toilet in the Bathroom. Apart from that the hotel was great and I would use again but definitely wouldn’t take a ground floor room!

Hotel was quite nice and the food was very good as well as the service. The only thing that let it down for me is this is still a hotel with smoking rooms (Great if you are a smoker) and i have to say as a non smoker we were given a non smoker room that did not smell of smoke at all however the corridors did smell a bit.

Great hotel with ideal situation to Starlight Express and easy walk into town and through the park. Only downside to room was the very soft pillows even with two they disappear when you put your head down and more importantly no room tea or coffee facility.
