Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente desde o início, com informações claras e fáceis para o acesso ao imóvel. O apartamento oferece ótimo custo-benefício e está muito bem localizado, próximo a uma estação, o que facilita bastante a locomoção.
Em frente ao prédio há um shopping com estacionamento e boas opções de mercado, farmácia, panificadora e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática. Também é possível chegar ao centro caminhando em poucos minutos.
O apartamento é confortável e bem equipado, com tudo o que é necessário para uma família: cozinha completa, utensílios, toalhas e roupa de cama. Além disso, conta com lavanderia equipada com máquinas de lavar e secar, o que é um grande diferencial para estadias mais longas.
Tivemos um pequeno problema com o aquecimento no primeiro dia, mas a situação foi prontamente resolvida, com o técnico indo até o local de forma rápida.
