Very cold room, wouldn’t warm up. They forgot a drink on room service and when we checked out they could not give an itemised bill to see if we had been charged for it. Bathroom was not very private. Food good and bed comfortable but not clean, we brought our own sheet though.

Perfect for an overnight stop. Self check in, clean room with bathroom at a very good price. I will continue to use them on my annual trip back to UK
