4th of July Weekend

As a Stocktonian, I thought it would be nice to stay at the Waterfront to enjoy the fireworks from the courtyard. Didn't realize everyone else had the same idea. The courtyard felt more like a public park than a hotel amenity (of course, you pay a "resort" fee to enjoy this area of the property). The hall smelled of weed, guests were noisy and disruptive (but what can you really do?). Rooms: mattress needs to be replaced, no smart tv, water pressure is low, but overall cleanliness was excellent. There were issues with parking, guessing because non-guests were using the hotel parking lot. So disappointed and will not recommend or return to this hotel.

Regrettably, I was unable to remain in the hotel room due to the excessive heat. Despite the room’s air conditioning being operational, the temperature in the room was at least 77 degrees Fahrenheit, which only increased. The discomfort and high temperature rendered it uninhabitable. Consequently, I was compelled to depart. I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
