Bathroom was dark. Insufficient lighting. Tiles cracked around the bathtub. Rust around the drain. Looked like there has D been a flood as the bottom of the bathroom door was starting to pull apart. Also there was hard water scaling along the floor by the door. When showering, the water would got cold and the hot and back to normal temperature and then do it again. Not impressed with the hotel.

I liked that it had the waterslides and pool. Disappointing that there was no hot tub. The rooms need upgrading. Rusty on all the metal surfaces in the bathroom, lumpy old mattresses and old carpet. Time for a renovation.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We booked it because it had a good review on Expedia. When we got there the hotel room was very run down and dirty. Stains on the carpet and the walls, yellow stains on the ceilings, the ceiling squares were uneven and about to fall out. The hallway vent was covered in black dust and the hotel smelt like musty and mold. We got a pool view room and the pool is so run down stains all over the floor and the lighting, the water slides were faded with black scratches it looked like a scene from an apocalypse movie. We were too scared to sleep in the beds and under the covers. I didn’t even sleep with a pillow. This hotel is very disgusting. Please revisit the rating of this hotel on your website I was so disappointed we left right when we woke up.

There was a mouse running around in the room went in the bathroom, came out and ran down the hallway and under the door into the hallway. If you stay there should maybe get a hantavirus shot just to be on the safe side, good possibility that they are going into the kitchen as well.

Room was very outdated beds were probably original when hotel was built and the pillows were terrible however not as terrible as the complimentary breakfast. I stayed in the suite with the steam sauna/steam shower which was excellent and the food at the casino lounge was also very good and excellent value for the money. I would stay there again but bring your own pillows and stay far away from the breakfast even for free not worth the cost

The fridge only worked on freezing temperature...i tried turning it down to the lowest setting but it dodnt work. My wifes insulin froze and it was dangerous to use. We can to get somemore. Chair in the room was ripped and table light plug in didnt work.

Rooms are very old and dated. Bathroom tiny, tub stained, shower curtain was so old it was yellow. Breakfast had zero taste, used to be so much better. Pool area dingy and old.

No safety grab bars

We are a senior couple, aged 88 & 86 and requested a room with a walk in shower. For 4 days we could not shower. Wanted to use the pool showers. Guess what, the pool does not have showers. Finally got a walk in shower, no grab bars. So for our 6 night stay two very seniors were not able to shower. Not good service, not good service at. Our recommendation is stay somewhere else.
