Residencial A1-4 beautiful holiday apartment by the sea
This beautiful holiday apartment, which is located directly on the seafront of Las Marinas, was renovated in 2019. The holiday apartment is equipped so that you will find everything you need for your holiday. On the ground floor you have a spacious kitchen with electric, gas stove, as well as a microwave, toaster and a washing machine. A safe, a pellet stove for the cold season, TV with 4 satellites in different languages, dining table, sofa bed, Dekobett and a fast Internet complete the service. Here you will also find the thresholdless shower room. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and an outdoor barbecue. Everything you need for daily life can be found here.
A staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a small terrace and air conditioning.
A parking lot can be provided free of charge if ordered in advance.
From presumably summer of 2019, the new saltwater pool facility with whirlpool area, water fountain, children's slide, outdoor shower and Handklift for disabled is also available.
Since the complex consists of 4 identical holiday apartments, larger groups or performance courses can be accommodated here, which can then eat and celebrate together on the large terrace. We can accommodate groups of up to 46 people in total. Feel free to ask and we will give you an offer.
