Private: property (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 6 m, depth 150 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 800 m, shingle beach 150 m. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sports centre 5 km.
